Cancellation Policy
Due to the freshly prepared nature of our food, all cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled pick-up or delivery day. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients will have already been purchased and preparation will have begun.
Cake & Catering Orders
Whole cake orders and catering boxes require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellation. These items are made to order and require advance preparation. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery will incur a full charge, with no refund available.
Special Occasions
For orders placed around special occasions such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, and similar events, cancellations or refund requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. We are unable to process cancellations or issue refunds within 7 days of the scheduled delivery for these dates.
Product Issues
If there are any issues with the products you received β such as incorrect items, quality concerns, or order discrepancies β please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or further details to assess the issue. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Issues reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Product Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement. If no alternative is available or acceptable to you, a full refund will be issued for the affected item.
Adjustments to Orders
If you need to modify your order (change quantities, swap items, or update pick-up/delivery details), please contact us as early as possible. Changes requested after the Tuesday order cut-off may not be possible, as production will have already started.
Refund Processing Times
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5β10 business days after receiving our confirmation for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
