Pick-Up Information

Pick-up address: 88 Cambridge St, Coorparoo QLD 4151, Brisbane.

Pick-up days and hours:

Friday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Delivery is available on request. Delivery fees may apply depending on location and distance.

Placing Orders

All orders must be placed by Tuesday for the upcoming pick-up/delivery window (Friday–Saturday). Orders placed after this cut-off may not be fulfilled due to our weekly production cycle. We will always do our best to accommodate late requests — please contact us directly to check availability.

Weekly Prep Meals

Our Weekly Prep Meals are prepared through a carefully organised weekly production cycle to ensure freshness, consistency, and quality. We cook in batches, portion with care, and deliver or make available for pick-up on scheduled days.

Payment

Payments are processed at the time of purchase through our online store. We accept all major credit and debit cards. It is your responsibility to ensure all order details — including pick-up date, delivery address (if applicable), and contact information — are accurate. Incorrect details may result in delays or additional costs.

Pricing Information

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. While we strive to maintain the prices displayed in our current menu, we reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Delivery

Delivery is available upon request within the Brisbane area. Delivery fees vary depending on location and will be communicated at the time of order. Additional fees may apply for areas outside our standard delivery zone.

If no one is available to receive a delivery, the order may be left at the specified location. Any delivery issues — including missing items — must be reported within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time to ensure proper investigation, particularly given the perishable nature of our products.

Product Issues

If there are any issues with the products received or any discrepancies with your order, please notify us within 48 hours. We may request photos or further details to assess the issue and provide a replacement, credit, or refund where applicable. Issues reported after 48 hours may not be processed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of our freshly prepared food, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery day. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients will have already been purchased and preparation will have begun.

Dietary & Allergy Information

We cater to various dietary needs, but our kitchen handles ingredients such as eggs, seafood, nuts, gluten, milk, soy, sulphites, and lupin. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of any specific allergen or cross-contamination. We do not accept liability for allergic reactions due to consumption. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Product Availability

All our products are made in small batches. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement. If no alternative is available or acceptable, a full refund will be issued for the affected item.

Cakes & Special Orders

All whole cake orders (serving approximately 10–12 people) must be placed at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Catering orders for events should also be placed well in advance — please get in touch to discuss your needs.
